Who is Brandon Cooley?

I've been connected with technology since I was four and my parents brought home a Commodore 64.  Since then, I have wanted to know more and more about technology; but more than that, I want to help other people become more enabled by it without feeling frustrated while trying.  

I got into the UX life by starting as a Business Analyst and realizing the best way to help people adopt technology is to develop it with them, not hand it to them with a giant manual.

I currently work at Citizens Bank as a Principal UX Designer focused on our new Private Bank experiences (native mobile and responsive web) and GenAI for our call centers and branch employees.
